Kip Kolodziejski
Kip Kolodziejski is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Clement Capital Management. Kip’s role is multi-faceted with a focus on acquisitions, asset management and business development.
Prior to launching Clement Capital Management, Kip ran his family’s investment property portfolio during which time he met and purchased multiple properties with Nathan Richards. Kip became a licensed real estate agent at the age of 18 and purchased his first apartment building at the age of 20, all while completing his B.A. degree at Pepperdine University.
Since then, Kip has purchased over 50 properties and developed a strong foundation in the investment and operation of multi-family real estate. Kip’s experience and knowledge has contributed to Clement Capital Management’s track record of having met or exceeded preferred investor returns on all investments to date.
Kip is a fourth-generation real estate entrepreneur and a Los Angeles native. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and is an active participant of various charitable organizations.
Nathan Richards
Nathan Richards is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Clement Capital Management. Nathan oversees the firm’s operations, property management and construction.
At age 20, Nathan began working at Clement Partners (“CP”), a real estate brokerage firm focused on west Los Angeles multifamily properties. At that time, Nathan obtained his real estate license and brokered more than $400M in multi-family projects for his clients.
In 2010, Nathan partnered with Kip to purchase under-performing multi-family assets in up-and-coming neighborhoods of Los Angeles. From 2010 to 2015, the pair syndicated several projects with “friends and family” investors, producing exceptional returns. These projects built the foundation of Clement Capital Management, which was co-founded by Nathan and Kip in 2016.
Nathan has acquired over 50 investment properties during his career, delivering strong investor returns. Nathan is a licensed real estate broker in California.
Reese Milner
Reese Milner is a Managing Partner of Clement Capital Management. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and structuring new investment opportunities. He takes an active role in post-acquisition portfolio management, capital markets and business development.
Prior to joining CCM, Reese served as a First Vice President and Head of West Coast Investments for Coastal Ridge Real Estate. As the firm’s first investment hire, he acquired in excess of $1BN of multifamily and student housing properties nationwide from core to value-add opportunities.
Before Coastal Ridge, Reese worked at J.P. Morgan in their Securitized Products Investment Banking Group where he was responsible for underwriting and evaluating real estate related debt opportunities, primarily focused on CMBS originations across all property types nationwide. During his tenure, his team originated in excess of $1BN in commercial mortgage backed securities.
Reese received his B.A. from The University of Virginia, where he played Varsity Tennis, and his master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
